Got a call from Herbalife Malaysia just now. Alhamdulillah, all my qualifying supervisors last month finally upgraded to Fully Qualified Supervisor this month. And also just check my statement, got to know that I will receive RM5k++ payment on this 15th! Alhamdulillah...alhamdulillah...syukur ke hadrat Ilahi.

At least with this amount of payment I manage to sttle those things:-

1. Hubby's package for Extravaganza Korea in June (which cost us RM2650, inclusive of hotels, air return tickets, transportation, foods and airport tax for 4 days & 6 nights...so cheap isn't it?)
2. My baby playpen
3. Hubby's passport renewal
4. My baby stroller (perhaps...kalau tak saya tunda ke bulan depan)
5. Saving for my delivery cost

I think kalau deliver kat hospital kerajaan it won't cost me that much kan? Lagi pun saya bercadang nak deliver kat Hospital Kajang saja....eventhough hospital lama dan tidak glamer, tapi saya tak kesah sebab according to my seniors friend its much safer to deliver in the hospital with experience doctors. Normally kat hosptal yang lama2 ni ramai experience doctors...betul kah? Ada kawan saya yang deliver baby 2 years ago advice me to deliver kat HKL...lagilah hospital lama kan. Dia kata its easier for me kalau ada apa2 yang perlu refer semula ke hospital sebab kat sana ramai specialists. But I think, Kajang pun ok kan...as it is nearer to my mom's.

Nak rest kejaplah. Tonight gonna have Silver Night Dinner together with JnC and my newly qualified supervisors! Can't wait!

Pernah tak dengar kata2 yang berbunyi "Bukan senang nak senang, bukan susah nak susah". Memang betullah...dalam pendakian menuju ke puncak, memang banyak dugaan, memang banyak rintangan. Ada masa saya rasa saya sangat kuat, tapi ada masa saya rasa macam semangat saya merudum menyembah bumi. Tapi, saya tau saya tak boleh berterusan begini. Kalau tiada dugaan, kalau sedikit rintangan itu bukan jalan menuju kejayaan namanya. Semakin hampir kita pada kejayaan, makin hebat dugaan yang datang, makin sempit jalan yang dilalui. TAPI, kalau kita mampu melalui segalanya dengan jayanya...itulah KEJAYAAN yang wajar kita kecapi.

Sheesh....saya mesti terus kuat menghadapi segala dugaan ini. Kalau ada orang yang tak suka, kita salam tangan dia dan ucapkan "Terima Kasih, awak telah berjaya membakar semangat saya". Kalau ada orang yang kondem, salam juga tangannya dan ucapkan "Terima Kasih, kita jumpa di puncak kejayaan". Kalau orang kata apa yang kita buat ni sia-sia dan buang masa, salam tangannya dan ucapkan "It's never too late bebeh". Arghhh...apalah yang saya merepek ni???

Haihh...maybe a day or two vacation will refresh my soul again.... :)

Last night we had organization meeting with Jeffrey & Connie. Actually this is our monthly activity where during this time we will be able to know what's going on in the organization, being inspired by other people success stories and the most important things getting to know latest news about Herbalife and latest Herbalife's and organization's promotion!

Well, this month there are a lot of promotion being promoted by JnC. Just imagine, for those who able to make 20,000VP in one month, JnC with their kind heart will give away the Apple 3G iTouch! I was so excited with the promotion. Must work hard to qualified this promotion!

Instead of that, I also got this.....

....as a token for my hard work last month. Thank you so much to JnC...actually I really look for this machine as I wanted to place it at my mother's house (as we're always staying here and always face with difficulty when it came to end of month).


Another 2 months to go for my work hard. Then...long holidays will come :)

+*+*~Already 30th Weeks??!!~*+*+

Betapa sibuknya saya dari awal minggu ni sebab menghadapi closing date of the month sampai saya tak sedar yang baby saya dah msuk ke minggu yang ke-30! How time flies so fast!

So far baby adalah sangat aktif seperti biasa. Ada masa sampai saya tak terlayan kerenah dia, especially masa saya tengah sibuk masa tulah dia akan sibuk juga menendang dan menumbuk seperti cuba menarik perhatian saya. Bila keadaan dah lega sikit macam ni, tak de pulak aksi-aksi tendangan dan tumbukan yang melampau. Walau bagaimanapun, saya dah dapat rasakan pukulan daripada 2 bahagian dalam masa yang sama sekarang, which make me guess it must be the baby's foots and hands doing that punching and kicking acts at the same time.

As for me, alhamdulillah, so far everything ok. No swollen leg or hands. Cuma kadang-kadang pinggang saya rasa sakit sikit especially bila saya duduk dalam postur yang kurang selesa. Kalau nak tidur pun saya kena tidur mengiring instead of tidur baring macam biasa sebab bila berbaring perut saya memang terasa ada extra pressure yang menekan pinggang saya hingga menyebabkan pinggang saya sakit. My appetite under control, and I'm not gaining so much weight....additional 1kg a month is consider ideal right?

And as for persiapan, bulan ni we plan to buy baby's playpen. Still not decide yet on branding or the features. Also baby's bath basin pun kena beli juga...also bedding set (kalu ada budget lebih, kalu tak kena postphone ke bulan depan). So, kalau playpen punya hal dah settle, tinggal 1 perkara saja lagilah that is baby's stroller. Takpe, yang tu bulan depan pun boleh beli lagi. Kalau tak pun, baby's father still can buy it during my confinement period...right babah??

And for hospital booking, semua tu saya serahkan pada klinik kesihatan kerajaan je, as I'm having my monthly check-up permanently there. Lagi pun senang, dah kata 1st baby...so just let the government take care of their new citizent. And...(cerita tambahan, tiada kaitan dengan kisah baby or mommy-to-be), perhaps bulan ni flight ticket baby's father to Korea akan dapat saya settlekan, so tak lah pening sangat. At least few things already taken care. Kan saya dah bilang, there are 2 major events in June that is baby's arrival and the father will be going to Korea for Herbalife Extravaganza Event...nasib baiklah mama dia tengah confinement..kalu tak..mama nak ikut jugakkk!!! And the father will be going there 1 week after baby's arrival...mari kita siksa emosi dia..pegi Korea asyik ingat kat anak je...huhu.. :P

+*+*~90 Days Plan (updated!!)~*+*+

Still remember this post? I think I need to do some fine tune on my wish list and 90 days plan. It's normal right to do fine tune to your plan as plan is only a plan and it has no meaning at all if you can't execute it.

Ok, firstly about my 1st quarter plan - Holiday to Singapore. Memang sah lah saya kena cancelkan dulu holiday ke sana due to we're having World Team School in Taipei, Taiwan in September 2009. So, in order nak ke sana a lots of things to do such as developing our existing and new supervisors to world team or else hanya kami sajalah yang akan attend event ke sana yang bermakna tidak syok. Currently saya dah ada 11 orang supervisor yang belum diupgrade ke World Team so I have to do proper plan so at least 2 supervisors will be World team from this month onwards.

And also, my 2nd quarter plan - to be the Active World Team. I think I need to upgrade my wish a little bit to Qualify As A GET Team in 2nd quarter. This is due to, currently I have 11 supervisors to be developed. So, kalau sebulan 2 supervisor upgrade to World Team, tak ke sampai bulan June I'll manage to complete 1000R.P requirement. (Read: To qualify as GET Team, the qualification is 1000 R.P in 3 consecutive months. 1000 R.P =20,000 Organization points. So, kalau sebulan 2 world team, which means I can get that 1000 R.P in 3 consecutive months, right?)

That are the fine tune I need to do. So, let see how is our performance in this 2nd quarter. Kalau achieve then, another fine tune for 3rd quarter. So, stay tune.... :)

Finally...we achieved our target for that 12,500 vp!! Baru kejap tadi check kat myHerbalife and stated in the statement our total volume points this month is 12,500!! Yeay!! +*+*~claps for my self~*+*+

Kenapa saya beria-ia sangat fight for this volume points. Actually in Herbalife we use this volume points sebagai kata ganti diri untuk duit. So, dengan menggunakan sistem volume points ni semua activity distributors all around the world lebih mudah dipantau. Jadi apa kelebihannya this 12,500vp?? This is for the qualifications - Upgrade in marketing plan to World Team, Qualification for World Team Training during Supervisor Academy, Party & VIP seating for Supervisor Academy, VIP seating for Extravaganza in Korea, Qualification for World Team School in Taipei, Taiwan. +*+*~Nampak gaya memang sah kena KIV visit to Singapore this April~*+*+. Am sooooo happy!! After 3 months berhempas pulas finally we manage to upgrade ourselves to this level. However, our job will not stop here. This month, April, we plan to go to GET 1 which is one of the qualification is 1,000 Royalti Points. (To get to GET Team we need to get 1,000 royalti points in 3 consecutive months). Which means, more work to do on building up organization and helping our colleagues to build up their organization.

And also, we need to achieve 2 more qualification that are "Black Tie Dinner" on Extravaganza Korea and "Digital Frame" qualification for Malaysia distributors. The qualification for Black Tie Dinner is 10,000 VP in 3 consecutive months (which we already met 1) or 17,500VP in one month during the qualification period. What do I aspect from this dinner? The opportunity to sit and having a great dinner together with the President's team all around the world and together with Michael O' Johnson - Herbalife's current CEO! +*+*~Eventhough am not going, but its really a great pleasure for me if I can do it for my husband as he's going~*+*+.

More hard work in April, and I believe we can make it!!

Sunday

Went back to husband's hometown in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan to attend his old friend wedding. Bertolak dalam jam 11.30am and sampai jam 2.00pm. Ye...Gemas adalah jauh ok daripada KL and believe me, kali pertama saya sampai ke Gemas adalah selepas saya berkahwin dengan suami saya. Makan..makan..makan...(lauk kenduri adalah marvellous as they prepared traditional N9 cuisines...i loikee), sembang..sembang..sembang, then made a move to my BIL house, also in Gemas, just near by that area. Duduk...duduk...duduk...sembang...sembang...sembang...then cepat2 angkat punggung sebab my husband nak rush back to KL for his volleyball session. Unluckily, jalan kat highway adalah jam daripada sebelum exit Senawang sehingga ke selepas exit Seremban. Puncanya, ada sebuah kereta kancil rosak kat tepi jalan and Plus dah datang tolong pun...and pemandu2 lain pun nak tolong sama...tolong tengok. Lepas tu bila sampai dekat2 area Bangi, sekali lagi jam sebab pemandu2 sibuk nak tengok "bekas eksiden". Sangat marah okeh dengan habit memandu orang Malaysia. Disebabkan tersangkut banyak kali kat jalan, my husband terpaksa melupakan volleyball session on that day sebab dah lewat and hari pun dah hujan.

Monday

Got a call from Jeffrey early in the morning regarding closing day on Tuesday. Actually, there are few things we need to do to make sure that we can get that 12,500VP by closing date on Tuesday. Jadi bermula tengah hari, henpon saya tak berhenti-henti berbunyi sebab nak settlekan hal closing ni. And my husband pun tak balik lagi sampai sekarang sebab still fighting for that 12,500VP. This VP is really2 important to us as I really want that VIP seating for him in Korea, and also VIP seating in Supervisor Academy next month. By the way, I already got the tickets for Supervisor Academy!

And tomorrow adalah dijangkakan lebih hectic lagi sebab tomorrow is the closing day!

And, baby tidak duduk diam langsung hari ni. Daripada siang tadi dia sibuk menumbuk dan menendang saya dan petang tadi saya mengalami sakit perut dan sakit belakang. Sampai sekarang ni, di waktu saya sedang menaip di komputer ini, baby still punching and kicking my belly. Tak taulah apa yang tak cukup, but I'm sure sebenarnya dia sedang menjadi budak pom-pom yang cuba memberi semangat kepada bonda dan ayahanda tercinta agar dapat mencapai target closing sebanyak 12,500VP! Thanks baby for your support.

Cukup dulu update setakat ini...saya perlu tidur sekarang untuk mengumpul tenaga untuk hari esok. Nite....

+*+*~What's Happening To Me??...Sigh...~*+*+

I read through baby center & baby-gaga on how's mom doing in this 29th week. Kedua-dua webbies bagitau salah satu perkara yang saya akan hadapi ialah "constipation, back pain and heart-burn" due to hormon changes..yadi and yada... Saya mengalami heart-burn itu especially bila saya lambat makan bila saya dah berasa lapar but alhamdulillah, no constipation so far. Sakit belakang pun ta obvious sangat cuma terasa bila saya baring waktu nak tido (saya adalah jenis manusia yang suka tidur menelentang, nak suruh saya tido mengiring adalah sangat sukar sekali). However, I found that I faced with this problem...I got the allergic...some kind like eczema. Peha saya dah dipenuhi dengan rashes yang gatalnya ya ampunnn...and also skarang ni dah merebak pula kat bawah lipatan lutut saya. Tak larat rasanya nak menggaru...sebab makin digaru makin gatal pula jadinya.

Before this I used to face the same problem. Actually saya ni bukanlah orang yang ada allergic pada apa2 pun, especially foods. But sometimes, the allergic will come, tapi taklah kerap, mungkin 2-3 tahun sekali. Bila allergic tu dah start menyerang saya tidak boleh makan ayam (ayam goreng ok, tapi kena pastikan ayam tu betul2 masak), udang (same thing, kalau digoreng atau dibakar boleh, tapi kena pastikan betul2 masak). Tapi kali ni lain pula kesnya. Baru sekejap tadi saya makan french fries (off course digoreng, ada ke french fries rebus??) tapi still the allergic come. Aduh...gatalnya...dah sampai kat lengan saya rasa gatalnya.

Saya tak tau nak buat macam mana. Saya dah sapukan air laut mati dari Jordan dengan harapan boleh hilanglah kegatalan yang saya alami ni. Tapi, makin perit and gatal jadinya. Dulu saya pernah diserang oleh virus ladang (penyakit yang selalu menyerang budak2 UPM yang suka curi buah di ladang...now you know why I got it right??), habis dua2 belah kaki saya kat area tulang kering jadi gatal and berparut kehitaman macam kena bakar. Masa tu puaslah saya pegi klinik nak cari ubat gatal and doktor prescribe losyen untuk hilangkan parut kat kaki, tapi lepas 2-3 kali ulang-alik jumpa doktor, virus tu tak hilang langsung. Bila mak saya bagi air laut mati tu dan saya sapukan kat tempat yang diserang tu, lepas 2-3 hari gatal2 and parut2 sekali hilang. Thanks to air laut mati from Jordan.

However, ni lain pula kesnya. Kenapa ye? Hormonal change ke??

+*+*~29th Weeks!!~*+*+

Yesterday went for monthly check-up. The baby already turned to 29th weeks..how time flew... cepat betul masa berlalu sampai saya tak perasan baby saya dah hampir selesai pembentukannya dalam rahim saya. Tinggal beberapa hari saja lagi before baby say hi to the world.

Baby saya sangat..sangat..sangat active lately. Maybe perkara biasa bagi babies yang dah officially 7th month in the womb. However, semalam sewaktu check-up dia telah melakukan aksi kurang sopan sehingga membuatkan nurse terperanjat. Sewaktu nurse meletakkan heart-beat reader microphone kat perut saya untuk memeriksa kadar degupan jantung baby, dengan jayanya dia telah menendang microphone itu sekuat hati. Bukan sekali, tetapi setiap kali nurse mengalihkan microphone itu, dia akan menendang tepat ke arah microphone itu, as if tried to say "May day...may day...intruder detected..". Ngeehee...sungguh comel and now I know that my baby is getting brilliant from day to day. Herbalife baby lah katakan....

So far my condition pun sangatlah meng-impressed-kan para nurse. BP under control, 122 over 67, urine condition ok, blood sugar sangatlah terkawal...last MGTT result just 4.4mmol/L selepas minum air gula, HB reading 13.2..which is high and very good...so skang ni saya dapat lihat sendiri kelebihan mengambil nutrisi lengkap setiap hari. Baby heart beat between 154-156 bit per second....see..everything in good condition, alhamdulillah. And thanks to Herbalife too!

Last night went to my eldest brother's house as he organizing his youngest son "Majlis Cukur Jambul". Baby is doing well and so behave along the ceremony, tapi bila sepupu-sepapat dia mula buat bising sementara tunggu nak balik, dia mula tak duduk diam...macam dah tak sabar nak keluar and join sama buat bising. Sabar baby...I'm sure when you already here you'll be the hero..ngeehee.. :)

As for baby preparation, hari tu adalah beli sikit2 tambahan lagi macam tikar getah, berus botol, face towel. Yang lain-lain tu dah banyak, baju dia dah ada 5 pasang, lampin 25 helai, mitten & booties dekat 6 pasang (in case mama adalah pemalas untuk basuh weekly), cap sehelai, blanket with hood sehelai, feeding bottle 1 set...apa lagi ye?? Setakat barang basic tu dah almost completelah kan. Cuma next month nak kena cari playpen (saya tak mahu baby cott...boleh pakai kejap je), and bedding set. Also kaki buai. Yang tu boleh beli kat kedai Ah Keong je...tak perlu kot saya nak kena cari sampai ke IKEA. Eventhough ramai yang kata jangan biasakan anak tido dalam buai, nanti susah kalu nak pegi rumah orang...but as what my SIL always said.."Tak pe...nanti nak pegi rumah orang pandailah aku nak angkut kaki buai ni macam mana".

Oh ya...one more thing. I think this is the part yang buat most of the mommy-to-be most excited, to do the detail scan. I just wonder...perlu ke saya buat detail scan itu? 3D-4D scan itu juga...adakah penting? Dulu masa mak saya mengandungkan saya dia takde pun buat scan tapi saya tetap sihat dan bijak sampai sekarang. Actually, I'm still considering it as I see it as non-added value activity so better duit yang digunakan untuk membuat aktiviti non-added value ini disalurkan kepada aktiviti yang lebih berfaedah seperti membeli tiket untuk Herbalife SEA Supervisor Academy next month (each ticket cost about USD100 @ RM357) ataupun dihimpun untuk membeli bag Coach untuk mama.

Yeah...next month there will be an amazing seminar training organized by Herbalife...SEA Supervisor Academy, only for Supervisors in Herbalife. Can't wait for the event!
