+*+*~His First Visit To The Clinic~*+*+

Actually it happened yesterday - tapi disebabkan saya dalam mood "rajin" untuk mengupdate blog skarang ni that's why cerita ni diupdate hari ni.

As usual, the check up happened at Klinik Desa, Sungai Sekamat. Memang part check up and what so ever ni saya rely 100% on Government's service sebab kat sini they can be considered as excellent. Ari tu lepas saya dah balik daripada hospital pun they did came to my house to make the visit, checking up on me and the baby. So yesterday, they did the check up again and Aimar received his 2nd jab of Hepatits-B. However, hari Rabu ni nak kena pegi semula ke klinik sebab ada appointment dengan doktor.

Yang bestnya, sepanjang perjalanan dari rumah-klinik, klinik-rumah, Aimar tidur saja. Maybe budak2 skarang ni memang macam tu, bila kena air cond je mulalah tido tak hengat dunia..(in his case, kalu tak kena air cond pun tido tak hengat dunia gak..hihi). Masa kat klinik pun tido je. Tapi masa nak amik weight, kena bo-gelkan dia, masa tu dia terbangun kejap and menyanyi lah...terperanjat agaknya, tetiba sejuk semacam. And guess what...dalam masa sebulan he had gained 1.2kg!! Berat dia semalam is 3.7kg. (By this time I dah start salute ibu-ibu yang melahirkan anak from 3.5kg up to 4kg secara normal. Memang uols kuat lah..) and his height is 55 cm! Masa lahir haritu 47 cm saja. No wonder saya rasa macam anak saya semakin membesar sekarang ni, thanks to good nutrition from Herbalife!

Masa kena injection, dia menangis sikitlah, terperanjat masa kena cucuk jarum tu agaknya, sampai merah muka dia menahan sakit kena cucuk jarum tu. Tapi kejap je dia nangis, lepas dah selesai, saya angkat dia, pujuk2 sikit, terus dia sambung tido yang tak hengat dunia tu semula. Anak mama kuatkan... :P

As for me, semalam kena jugalah check blood pressure, urine and weight. As mentioned I've lost 11kg, bp back to normal, 116/70 and urine clear. Nampak sangat towards end of pregnancy tu memang tanda2 my baby nak keluar that's why suddenly bp naik and urine kotor sikit. And yang lagi best, midwives yang ada kat klinik tu pun nak start on Herbalife nutritional programme, which is good for them because they need the energy and need to be healthy in order to give their best service to the preggers and the babies as well. Cuba bayangkan kalau midwives tak sihat, mesti tak best tengok they all service dalam keadaan monyok and tidak happy. Am so happy, kalau they all nak start am willing to help. Just that I'll be happy seeing other people getting healthy and happy!

I think I want to promote on Babies and Kids Nutritional programme and for the preggers as well sebab good nutrition is important for the babies and kids growth. Skang ni tengah buat research, and I'll create the blog/website and I'll publish it as soon as possible. Do wish me luck!
