+*+*~Aidil Adha Yang Mandom~*+*+

Sebelum terlambat, Salam Aidil Adha kepada seluruh umat Islam di seluruh dunia.

Sambutan Aidil Adha tahun ni seperti biasa sahaja. Rasanya rata2 umat Islam pun menyambut Aidil Adha ni pun biasa2 saja kan, taklah berhabis bagai macam Aidil Fitri. Cuma siapa yang terlibat dengan ibadah Haji mungkin merasa ke-excited-annya. Ala, apa la nak kecoh dengan raya Haji, dulu masa zaman sekolah saya biasa je tak balik beraya dengan keluarga. Takde pun siri drama lagu dendang perantau masa raya haji pun.

Tapi tahun ni lagi tak best sebab family kecil saya semuanya down with fever. Dimulakan dengan empunya diri yang jatuh demam sakit kuat hanya disebabkan terlebih hidu asap ubat nyamuk cap ikan zaman berzaman. Lepas tu berjangkit pada suaminya pula dan lebih parah bila berpindah pada si kecil pula. Yang tak bestnya, saya demam sorang2, tapi hubby and Aimar demam beregu (dua2 demam dalam satu masa). Jadi yang tak tido malamnya tentulah saya. Masa saya demam, 2-2 orang tu bukan main lena lagi tidonya.

Si kecik tu pulak, lagi best citernya. Dah baik demam macam2 lagi skill baru dia generate. Lagi best dah pandai nangis memberontak tanak tido malam. Bila jam dah menunjukkan pukul 12 tengah malam, masa tulah mata dia lagi bulat nak main play gym dia. Wah..wah..wah...ada hati nak jadi batman ke anak saya ni?

Sampai di sini sahaja cerita tentang raya. Si kecik sudah bangun dari tidur pula. Saya pun tak mandi pagi lagi ni asyik kena layan kerenah dia saja. Nak settlekan laundry lagi ni. Haihh...rasa macam nak ronda2 cuci mata kat Alamanda pun ada....

+*+*~Eating Healthily, Calories Counting & Lose Weight~*+*+

adalah 3 perkara yang berkait rapat bukan? Sejak saya join Weight Lose Challenge (read:WLC) classes, semakin seram dan alertnya saya dengan pemakanan seharian.

Contohnya, mahu berdiet and opt for vegies, suddenly letak dressing macam salad dressing, coleslaw dressing or mayonnaise adalah big NO-NO. Kalau mahu juga silalah rujuk kepada nutritional facts dan lihat dengan teliti especially bahagian "kalori" and serving size. Kalau malas, silalah elakkan.

Actually theres a pros and cons la bila kita dah start aware dengan 3 perkara ini. The pros side, you can have more colours in your foods (recommended minimum 6 colours in your daily foods intake) and of course you'll be able to taste many type of ingredients. Cons nya, silalah penuhkan fridge in order nak satisfy various colours of ingredients dan groceries shopping akan mengambil masa yang lebih lama sebab sibuk nak menelek nutritional facts kat belakang setiap packaging. But the choice is ours...depend on how we evaluate it and how we appreciate our health.

For me, I opt for the easiest way. Actually saya ada scale Tanita which can tell me about my Basal Metabolic Rate (read: BMR). What is BMR? It shows how much my body can burn the calories in 1 day with minimal activities. Currently my reading is around 1450kcal (which is still considered low for my size). So the secret is to ensure my calory intake is lower than this reading and cumulative of 4000kcal less (maybe in 1 week) will help me to lose 1 kg. Extra of 4000kcal will contribute to extra 1 kg. So what is the easiest way? I will lock my breakfast calory intake by taking Herbalife yummy-licious breakfast which is up to 280kcal, and take control of my lunch intake, especially on rice intake and repeat with Herbalife yummy-licious dinner which is around 280kcal again. And now I'm seriously avoiding snacks and beverages. And I will make sure i drink minimum of 3l of water per day.

And the result is, I shape up a lot and manage to lose another kg! Seriously, now I can wear back all my clothes that I have dump in my closet for 2 years! I'll upload my latest picture soon, when I've bought my card reader.

Yes...another 15 kg to go before I reach my ideal weight. My target it will be before end of this year...bolehkah?

+*+*~He Turns 5!!~*+*+

Hihi...bukan 5 years ye...but 5 months. Alhamdulillah...tak sangka Mukhlis Aimar telah menyempurnakan 5 bulannya bersama kami. You're really our bundle of joy. Eventho at one time (most of the time actually) I feel like I'm giving up but I really thanked God that He sent you to us.

Mukhlis Aimar, u have turned 5 months today. Mama is so proud of u. I can turn your body so well now, u love to stand (of course by asking other peoples hand) and your cheeky smile really melt my heart away. And the best thing now u can realize who is your mama, your babah and other people as well. And i'm also proud as you grow as a healthy and happy baby. You allow me to stay focus on my work without having to worry about u so much as u never had fever and other diseases as well. I'm really proud of u my baby.

And what ever it takes, u will always be my baby. We love u so much!

+*+*~November Goals~*+*+

Sometimes when my life is so damn hectic, I try to figure out whats wrong with it. I know that life is not suppose to be that hectic and I found out I have a big problem...really BIG problem. I never put any target or goal upon the works that I need to finish out. Maybe I used to be a good slave before, putting my life in others people hand, but the best thing is I dont have to set any goal for myself. Other people is deciding how my life should be and what is my goal every month and every year. But, when I felt like such life is so boring, I decided to drive my own life, that is my BIG problem --> I never set a goal for myself!

But, no problem! Leaders are always improving a little bit from day to day. Dont wish it were easier, wish you were better. So here I am, setting my GOAL for this month of NOVEMBER (still early kan for me to set this? wink :P)

My NOVEMBER GOAL

Herbalife

  1. Invite 40 people to HOM this month
  2. Help 5 downlines to get 10 healthy breakfast customers each.
  3. Help 10 people to improve their health by improving their breakfast.
  4. Help 3 people to lose weight.

Personal.
  1. Finish Leadership Development Program notes by end of this month.
  2. Finish 2 sections of 360 degree leader by John Maxwell.
  3. Update my blog at least once in 2 days time.
  4. Buy liquid foundation which is almost finish by the middle of the month (out topic ;P)

So, need to set my sail towards my goal!

+*+*~My Weekend~*+*+

Isy...terasa bo*ngok menulis tajuk entry seperti ini. Tapi sebab ini adalah belog saya so ada sesiapa kesah? ;P

Haih...sejak dua menjak ni saya terperasan yang hujung minggu saya memanglah sangat hectic. Kalau orang lain, hujung minggula masa untuk bersama teman2 ke, keluar dengan family ke atau paling best tido tak bangun2 ke, tapi saya takde chancelah untuk semua itu. Damn...am start comparing :(.

But its ok la, saya berjanji dengan diri saya hidup macam ni adalah untuk jangka masa 2 tahun saja. Lepas tu, saya akan start kerja selama 90 hari saja untuk setiap quarter and as a reward for my hard work is 1 week vacations! Thats mean 4 vacations in a year...yeay!!

Saturday

Pagi2 dah keluar sebab ada 90 days plan meeting. This time Farhani propose to change our meeting agenda (damn, I didnt email to them yet). Then continue with WLC until 1 pm. As soon as WLC finish, rush back to Kajang because I need to send my mother and Aimar back home then rush back to HBL office in Raja Chulan. Jangan tak percaya, saya telah mula merempit semula sebab that is the best and the most practical transportation to travel in middle KL. Jumpa Dev for his monthly evaluation and found out that he has lost another 3 kg which means in total he lost total of 27 kg in 6 months! Then sat down with him and Abdolreza for awhile. Sent Abdolreza for Basic training and continue discussion with Dev. I really want to help him to build up this business and help him to develop his self-esteem as well. Then at 5pm Dev went back and continue discussion with Abdolreza. Went back home at 7pm. Dalam perjalanan suddenly hujan lebat then terpaksalah basah lencun sampai kat rumah. Tukar baju then siap2 pegi Mines together with hubby and Aimar. Actually the intention nak pegi bayar bil Maxis, then tersesat pula pegi shoppingkan baju untuk Aimar and make up for me. Pas tu balik at 11pm terus pengsan tido sebab dah tak larat sangat.

Sunday

Woke up at 9 am, tu pun sebab si kecik tu asyik pukul2 muka suruh bangun. Straight pegi mandi then mandikan Aimar pulak. 11 am ada appoinment dengan Juliana for her monthly evaluation then straight to Taman Melati ada kenduri kawin kat sana and found out daging kurma kat situ adalah sangat marvellous. Today I tried my new makeup (consist of new lipstick - bronze colour, eye shadow - almost the same shade and blusher also bronze) and found out adalah sangat yummy and menepati citarasa saya. Then rush balik rumah sebab suppose ada appoinment dengan Wellheirnie at 4pm. Tapi sebab hujan lebat sangat she cannot make it so postphone to next Sunday. 5 pm heading to my eldest brother house in Semenyih, 1st time pun pegi visit rumah dia since dia moved there. About 7:15pm balik semula to my mother's and lepas tu terus pegi Tesco. I need to buy a new clear holder to bring along for tomorrow roadshow. Then balik rumah and buat preparation for tomorrow's roadshow and buat facial with Herbalife's skin care and love it so much!

And here I am, still facing the PC. Banyak benda nak settle lagi ni and received call from Richard this evening saying that his seasoning is ready for market and will receive Halal certification in December. Once he got it that seasoning is ready to go into market and he still appoint me to market his product. See, thats why I need to qualify as GET team by this January, after that I can start looking at another business opportunity but still Herbalife will be my number 1 business! And need to help my husband to prepare some bahan for his leadership program that will be launched soon. Haih...I need to arrange my schedule properly otherwise semua benda berterabur and tak siap nanti.
